How much does Cynoia's service cost ?

Cynoia charges $7.99 per user when billed annually or $10 per user billed on a monthly basis.
You can use our Free plan or switch to Discovery plan or Business plan to unlock much features, unlimited integrations and get 99.9% guaranteed uptime and priority support.

How to subscribe to Cynoia ?

You need to Sign in and create and account to get your subscription.
After getting into your account you can choose the plan you want to subscribe to and pay througth our app.

What are the payment methods you accept ?

We accept payment througth Credit cards or directly by SEPA direct debit*.
* Available for countries located in EU region only.

Can I add a user during an active subscription ?

Yes, you can add users during an active subscription, our system will calculate the available time you have left on your account and calculate the additional fees to pay.

Is there a refund policy ?

You can have a refund if the service is unavailable due to our own side for more than 24h.
Except for the above reason we do not refund the periods that you already passed at the app.

Can I cancel an active subscription ?

Yes, you can cancel at any time your subscription

Can I switch a user during an active subscription ?

According to your plan, the number of users is calculated based on active accounts not on created profiles.
If you want to change an existing user, you need to deactivate his account so you can add another one.
