How to create a call room

Steps

Step 1: Access the video conference rooms

1. In the Chat app, find the Call rooms section in the main menu.

Step 2: Create a call room

1. Click the + icon next to Call rooms.

2. Choose from:

   • Instant room: for quick, immediate catchups

   • Permanent room: for your regular, recurring meetings

   • Schedule in calendar: for future meetings

Step 3: Setup your room

For an instant room:

1. Click Create room

2. Copy the call link to share with others

For a permanent room:

1. Type in the room name

2. Add a brief description (optional)

3. Add your team members

4. Click Create call room

Quick steps

1. In the Chat app, go to Call rooms

2. Click + and pick your room type

3. Follow the quick setup steps for your chosen room

4. Share the link with those attending

• Permanent rooms work best for your regular team catchups
