How to use the Chat app for direct messaging

Steps

Step 1: Open the chat application

1. Click on the chat application in the sidebar.

Step 2: Find the team member

1. In the Team Members section, browse or search for your colleagues.

Step 3: Start a conversation

1. Click on the team member's name to open the chat window.

Step 4: Send messages

1. Type your message in the message field.

2. Use chat features:

   • Emojis: click on the emoji icon

   • Attach files: click on the paperclip icon

   • Mentions: use @username

   • Audio messages: click on the microphone icon

   • Rich text: use formatting options
