How to create a call room

Steps

Step 1: Access the call rooms

1. In the Chat app, look for the Call Rooms section in the main menu.

Step 2: Create a call room

1. Click the + icon next to Call Rooms.

2. Choose from:

   • Instant room: for immediate meetings

   • Permanent room: for recurring meetings

   • Schedule in the calendar: for future meetings

Step 3: Configure the room

For an instant room:

1. Click on Create a room

2. Copy the call link to share

For a permanent room:

1. Enter the name of the room

2. Add a description (optional)

3. Add team members

4. Click on Create a call room

Simplified Steps

1. In the Chat app, access the call rooms

2. Click on + and choose the type of room

3. Follow the setup steps for the chosen type of room

4. Share access with participants

Tips

• Use instant rooms for spontaneous meetings

• Permanent rooms are better suited for recurring meetings

• Test audio/video before important calls
