How to use the different task views (Kanban, List, Backlog)
Introduction
Cynoia offers several task views to help you visualize and manage tasks effectively, including Kanban, List, and Backlog views.
Steps
Step 1: Access Your Project
Go to the Projects application.
Select the project you want to modify.
Step 2: Toggle Between Views
Under the project name, you will see options:
Kanban View: to visualize tasks in columns.
List View: to display tasks as a list.
Backlog View: to show tasks that have not yet started or been assigned.
Click on the desired view to access it.
Step 3: Use Each View Effectively
The Kanban view allows you to:
move tasks from one column to another by dragging
visualize the stages of the workflow
quickly update the status of tasks
The list view allows you to:
display detailed information
easily sort and filter tasks
show responsible persons and due dates
