Cynoia offers several task views to help you visualize and manage tasks effectively, including Kanban, List, and Backlog views.


Steps

Step 1: Access Your Project

  1. Go to the Projects application.

  2. Select the project you want to modify.

Step 2: Toggle Between Views

  1. Under the project name, you will see options:

    • Kanban View: to visualize tasks in columns.

    • List View: to display tasks as a list.

    • Backlog View: to show tasks that have not yet started or been assigned.

  2. Click on the desired view to access it.

Step 3: Use Each View Effectively

The Kanban view allows you to:

  • move tasks from one column to another by dragging

  • visualize the stages of the workflow

  • quickly update the status of tasks

The list view allows you to:

  • display detailed information

  • easily sort and filter tasks

  • show responsible persons and due dates

The backlog view allows you to:

  • manage upcoming tasks

  • prioritize future tasks

  • plan sprints
