Steps

Step 1: Access the Calendar

  1. Open the Calendar app

  2. Select the appropriate calendar

Step 2: Create an Event

  1. Click on the Create Event button or click directly on a date

  2. The event creation form will appear

Step 3: Enter the Event Details

  1. Title: Enter the name of the event

  2. Date and Time: Set the start and end times

  3. Description: Add the details of the event

  4. Calendar: select the calendar to use

  5. Online Meeting: add a video call link (optional)

  6. Participants: invite team members

Step 4: Save the Event

  2. Click on Create Event
