Individual statistics for each project are very useful, but as a manager or workspace owner, sometimes you need an overview. The Global stats dashboard is designed exactly for that.

It aggregates data from all your active projects in one place.

Access global stats

1. Click on Projects in the left sidebar.

2. In the right-hand navigation panel, select Global stats.

What you can analyse

The global dashboard is divided into several key sections:

• Global overview: A visual pie chart showing you the total task distribution in the organisation (To do, In progress, Completed).

• Member workload: Allows you to instantly see who is overloaded. The table shows for each member the number of projects they are involved in, their ongoing tasks, and completed tasks. A Saturated indicator appears if a team member has too much assigned work.

• Urgent & Overdue tasks: A dedicated feed that collects all tasks that have exceeded their due date or are marked as urgent across all projects. This helps you swiftly unblock critical situations.

Export the reports

Need to present these figures in a meeting? At the top of the dashboard, click the Export button to download your global stats in CSV or PDF format.
